Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

All trademarks, service marks, channel names, logos, and copyrighted content streamed through the Service are the property of their respective owners.
Elite British IPTV acts as a platform/service provider. We do not broadcast, host, or own the copyright to the television channels or VOD content. The respective copyright holders and broadcasters own all content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of content accessed via our Service complies with all applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
Service “As Is”: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any content accessed.
